Meeting with the Men
The episode begins with Sayali thanking the men for attending the meeting. She shows them her designs, which they like. One man asks how she made profits for Sarvesh. She explains her idea of reusing flowers. The man responds that making profits isn’t always easy. She asks for a chance and shows her accounts. They are impressed and say they will recommend her to their clients, but warn her not to damage their reputation. One of the men then leaves.
Conversation with Ajit
Ajit asks why the meeting was called so early. Sayali explains that she’s noticed rich people get respect without their character being questioned, whereas poor people have to fight for respect. Ajit understands and expresses his wish for her to become rich.
Renu’s Departure
Renu tells Tejas that she’s going to Shakku and gives him the house keys. She mentions needing to show Tejas’s horoscope to an astrologer and tells him to rest. After she leaves, Tejas enters the house, sees Roshni and her photo, and remembers her words. He then goes to Renu’s room and steals money.
Sayali and Riya’s Call
Riya calls Sayali to check in. Sayali tells Riya she’s sweet and that she cares about everyone. Riya responds that Sayali is also her friend. Sayali asks how the dubbing is going. Riya says it’s going well and that she tried to contact Akash but he’s not going to the restaurant today. Riya also mentions wanting to eat chicken fry and thinks of Sayali. Sayali offers to make it and bring it to her by bus.
Sachin and Sayali’s Conversation
Sachin asks Sayali what has changed. Anya says Sachin has been very protective and worried about her. Sachin says that’s natural and decides to call Sayali. When he does, she tells him the meeting went well but she has more work. She asks Akash to take her to Riya’s studio since Riya wants chicken fry. Akash agrees to drop her off and says he’ll see Riya later. Sayali insists he should meet her, so they head to Riya’s.
Riya and Sayali’s Meeting
Riya expresses surprise that Sayali came despite being busy. Sayali brings the chicken fry, and Riya apologizes. Sayali thanks Riya for her help. Riya enjoys the chicken fry and then asks for Sayali’s help with voice work. Sayali initially refuses but is convinced by Riya. Sayali goes for dubbing, and Akash decides to accompany her.
Dubbing Session and Akash’s Confession
During the dubbing session, Sayali reviews the script and questions why it’s the same old story. The man explains it’s about a rich mother-in-law scolding a poor daughter-in-law. Sayali recalls Renu’s words and asks for something more heartfelt.
The man agrees to record it right away. Meanwhile, Akash gets a call from Riya. He goes to her, and she confronts him about thinking of her as cheap. Akash admits he felt a connection with her from the start and began liking her without even seeing her face.
He explains he’s scared he won’t be able to win her over. Riya asks if it’s because of family values, and he admits his feelings. They smile, and the song “Ishq wala pyaar” plays as they embrace. Akash mentions Sayali’s arrival, but Riya says she won’t come.
Sachin’s Reaction
Later that night, Sachin questions Sayali about the phone. Sayali says Monty gave it to her. Sachin gets angry and argues with her. Sayali clarifies that the phone was given for decoration, not as a gift. She says if Sachin has an issue with it, she’ll return the phone and refuse the work. If she wants a new phone, she’ll ask him. Sachin agrees, saying she can use the phone but should throw it at Monty’s face once the work is done.

Renu insults Sayali and Shubha. Sayali promises that although her family is innocent, the thief will be caught soon.
