An FIR (First Information Report) numbered 0487/2024 has been filed at Amboli police station against Mahesh Premchand Pandey, his wife Madhu Mahesh Pandey, and other family members under sections 406, 420, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, accusing them of fraud involving 2.65 crore rupees.
Advocate Rizwan Siddiqui also highlighted that Pandey showed a lack of cooperation as the case progressed, leading to his arrest by Mumbai police on August 5. Currently, Mahesh Pandey is in judicial custody, and the investigation is ongoing.
