In the opening scene of the episode, Vikram commands Piyush to remain motionless and asks Nikki to perform this ritual without fail, warning that if she makes any mistakes, the house doors will be closed on her.
Nikki is asked by Sumitra to stop planning and to stop using her brain. Malik has slowly accepted our apology; if he gets angry with us, then everything will end. She requests that he perform the Kapal ritual of Narmund Pishachini. She is asked to go by Vikram. I’m in Nikki’s room.
Malik Appears
When Piyush Malik arrives, Nikki catches a glimpse of him. Malik, she says. He presses her to respond. She says that she can truly understand Malik’s thoughts and feels as though he is with her. He smiled. What is he thinking, asks Nikki? Piyush/Malik says that she asks him regarding Narmund Pishachini.
No, says Piyush. Nikki walks out after saying she will find out. When Netra shows up, she questions Malik about his silence regarding Narmund Pishachini and expresses doubt about whether Nikki will follow through on the ritual. Malik says that Nikki will find the way and he has no doubts.
Seeking Help
When Nikki tries to ask Suguna for assistance, Suguna reacts that while she is unaware of Narmund Pishachini, Bhawani Singh may be aware of him because her ancestors dealt with him. Nikki asks Bhawani Singh to assist and provide information regarding Narmund Pishachini.
Bhawani Singh says he is afraid to think about her and tells the story of his grandfather who went to Narmund Pishachini’s door but left without coming back. Nikki asks if this is the last ritual she will perform.
Preparation for Ritual
Netra requests that Nikki dress in bridal costumes before heading to Narmund Pishachini. Nikki refuses. Netra tells Sumitra that Nikki will prepare with 17 makeup items instead of 16, and she threatens to kill Piyush. The women use sixteen pieces of makeup to get Nikki ready. Netra announces the 17th makeup now. What is this, asks Nikki? Netra shows an iron nail crown that she wants to wear.
How will she wear it, Rachna asks. Netra claims that makeup will occur and all the colors will be red when blood phases from her head. Fearfully, Sumitra places the iron nail crown around her neck and runs. Vikram asks what happened. Nikki says Sumitra. Even if her head is chopped off, says Vikram.
Blood splashes onto Nikki’s face as she falls. Netra declares, “This blood is for Kapalika,” as she sits on Vikram’s chair. Nikki asks why Piyush isn’t here as she looks for him. Although he is there, she is unable to see him and believes that he left because he was unable to feel her suffering.

Vikram is threatening Nikki and demanding that she perform a dangerous ritual, threatening to punish her severely for any mistakes she makes. Bloodshed results from Netra forcing her to wear an uneasy iron crown.
When a vampire attacks, Nikki needs assistance but must make a terrible decision. Netra says that if Nikki doesn’t bring the necessary skeleton, she will kill everyone.
