Shakti Gives Food to Kartik
Shakti, wearing gloves, gives food to Kartik. Padma says they should stay away from him. Shakti replies that they shouldn’t hurt his feelings. Mohini arrives, fully dressed. Padma comments that she is dressed like a married woman.
Mohini says she is married and might soon meet him again. Sundari finds a lizard on the wall and gets scared. Mohini says she will handle it. She goes over, eats it, but pretends to have chased it away. She tells Shakti that it has gone out the window and leaves. Shakti is confused.

Grandmother asks Shakti to start the prayers and call Shiva.
Shiva’s Bad Dream and Regret
Shiva is sleeping and wakes up after a bad dream about Kartik. He says it is his duty to protect his son, but he has failed. He feels truly sorry. Shakti comes and sees him sad. She says it is a test for them together and she is with him.
He just needs to believe that Kartik will get better soon. She hugs him, and he smiles. He says she is his strength. Real Shakti is going to the room, and Mohini, disguised as Shakti, is hugging Shiva. She takes her snake form and disappears. Shakti arrives and asks why he saw her here and now how she is coming. He says he saw a snake too. He finds the snake’s skin.
Mohini Confronts Veera
Mohini goes to Veera and says it is good he cares about Kundan. Veera asks why she is tormenting Kartik. She should focus on getting Kundan back. Mohini says she has to scare Shiva to get Shakti’s anklet. Just wait and watch.
Family Starts the Prayers
All the family members start the prayers. Grandmother remembers Mohini’s threat and gets scared. Shakti calls her, but she doesn’t hear. Shakti asks if she is okay. She nods and continues praying. Grandmother prays for her family’s safety. Shiva brings some rods and says he will use harsh force to drive away all fear.
Mohini Celebrates Her Victory
Mohini starts dancing like a serpent to celebrate her victory. She says she will soon meet Kundan again.
