Popular actor Paarth Samthaan is set to share the screen with Bollywood legend Sanjay Dutt in the upcoming film ‘Ghudchadhi’. In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Paarth discussed his experience working with the veteran actor and shared details about Sanjay Dutt’s inspiring battle with cancer.

When asked about the emotional moments shared with Sanjay Dutt, Paarth Samthaan revealed,
“He shared his story about his cancer treatment, how it was discovered, and even showed me his X-ray, which showed how serious it was.”
Paarth further explained how Sanjay Dutt’s close ones reacted during this challenging time. He said,
“It was the day everyone found out, and his relatives and fans gathered around him at home. That’s when he told them, ‘Cry as much as you want now. I have fought the world, and I will fight this too.’ After that, he moved forward with strong determination. That moment truly inspired me.”
The ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan’ star expressed his admiration for Sanjay Dutt, saying,
“I don’t know if he has shared this story publicly or not. But seeing someone who has gone through so much and is still strong, happy, and humble is incredibly inspiring. At first, I was scared seeing him on set for the first time.”
Paarth recalled feeling very nervous when Sanjay Dutt arrived on set, describing it as being like a principal entering a classroom because the entire set went silent. However, once he started talking to Sanjay Dutt, Paarth discovered his gentle and friendly nature. He found Sanjay Dutt’s humility and practical personality interesting and educational.
Regarding his Bollywood debut, ‘Ghudchadhi’ will be released on an OTT platform. The film features actors like Paarth Samthaan, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, and Khushalii Kumar, and it will premiere on Jio Cinema on August 9, 2024.
