The Episode Begins
The episode starts with Ranvijay and Jaya visiting Vaiju in the hospital. Jaya says Vaiju will be happy to hear about the job offer. They don’t see Vaiju. Vaiju is praying in the temple. Ranvijay arrives and says he made a promise to his mother that Vaiju would come home, that he will not repeat his mistakes, and that he must take responsibility.
Vaiju says no, he cannot come. Jaya arrives and asks what’s wrong, as Vaiju always leaves. Vaiju says he has to go. Jaya says he wants to leave his job. Vaiju asks, which job? Jaya says Ranvijay has a job offer for him at the sugar mill. He says yes, he will oversee the sugarcane supply. Jaya says, yes, you will stay with us. Vaiju says he cannot come. Ranvijay says they cannot let him leave like this.
Grand Welcome at Home
They bring Vaiju home. Vasundhara and everyone give Vaiju a grand welcome. Men play drums and shower flowers. Vaiju smiles when he sees the welcome board. Vasundhara performs his aarti. She thanks Ranvijay for saving him.
Vaiju says it was his duty, as Vasundhara has done many favors for him. Ragini says they all love him and they will have a party. Arhaan is happy. Everyone is smiling. Vaiju looks around. Jaya asks if he doesn’t like it. Vaiju says it’s good, but parties are not like this. Sulekha says he has never seen a party. Vasundhara says Vaiju has a plan in mind. Vaiju nods. She says the party should be fun, with a theme. Vaiju says they will play Special Olympics now.
They clap. She says the first game will be played only by women, showing off their experience. They have to take cups of tea and walk without spilling it, holding it in one hand, and the first one to reach the finish line wins. Sulekha wins. Everyone is happy. Jaya says the tea fell. Ranvijay says it’s okay, you’re the winner for me. He hugs her.
Vaiju smiles and whistles. She says they will play the second game, which the men will play. Each man has to throw wet towels into a basket, and the one who gets the most towels in the basket wins. They play the game. Ranvijay wins. Vaiju says they will play the third game, which is a traditional game in pairs. Vasundhara says everyone is happy with Vaiju’s return home, and he has brought joy to the house. Ragini agrees. Ranvijay listens and smiles.
Vaiju’s Job Inquiry
Vaiju goes to Ranvijay and asks about the mill job. She says she wants to know about the job and asks for an interview. He says there’s no need for formalities. She says she wants the job, not as a favor. She wants to be treated like any other employee, so interview her and if she passes, she’ll take the job.
She doesn’t want her self-respect questioned and hopes he understands. He nods and asks her to come on time. She says yes sir and leaves. Jaykant watches and says Vaiju will now work at their mill. Vasundhara and Ragini tell Vaiju not to do any work. Jaya says you won’t work, just sit and eat. Vaiju gets upset. She says no one is letting her work.
Jaya says the plan is not bad, it will be a nice outing. Rao Sahib says they will agree, and Ranvijay will cancel the program. Nagraj says yes, he will come. Ranvijay comes and says he is skipping breakfast today, as he has to go to the mall. Jaya says no, leave the mill, we are going to the mall today. Vaiju says now the plan will be canceled. Ranvijay says he is the boss. Jaya says he is her husband, and he must come, please. He says okay, they will go to the mall.
