Dance Competition Announcement
Ishana tells Somya about a competition where a mother and daughter must dance together. She worries that her mom can’t dance and would get very nervous. She asks Somya, “Will you dance with me?” Mangla arrives and asks if she has informed her friends about participating.
Ishana says she has. Mangla looks at her competition form, and Ishana takes it back, saying she will submit it. Mangla encourages her to perform well. Ishana tells Somya that her mom will embarrass her, so she asks Somya to join her. Somya says she will have to beg for it. Lipika messages Somya saying she has sent earrings for her to buy. She calls Aditya and says,
Kusum’s Confrontation
Kusum enters Aditya’s room and accuses him of being a liar. She knows he will say he bought the dress himself. She receives a message from Somya saying she’s on her way with the earrings. Kusum leaves. Mangla gets a call on Aditya’s phone and says she forgot her phone and asks to be brought to the location.
Sawan Celebration Preparations
Sanjana asks Gayatri if she will celebrate Lakshmi’s first Sawan well. Gayatri tells Lakshmi to choose something, but Lakshmi asks Gayatri to choose for her. Gayatri insists that Lakshmi should pick. Kartik helps Lakshmi choose. Sanjana asks which one she likes.
Gayatri asks if she went for recording. Kartik says he forgot his wallet. Gayatri tells him to take it and go. She asks if Lakshmi can’t choose a sari herself. Kartik signals Lakshmi which one to buy. Gayatri asks for a different one. Kartik says he chose a green one for her and asks to buy that. Sanjana comments on how romantic Kartik is.
Mangla’s Search for Ishana’s Friend’s Mother
Mangla is out shopping for Aditya’s phone and searching for Ishana’s friend’s mother. She tells her they need to dance together. Mangla is surprised and says Ishana didn’t tell her.
Kusum’s Plan
Kusum says she will catch Ishana red-handed today. Mangla wants to tell Kusum about the competition, but Kusum says she has important work.
Lakshmi’s Thanks
Lakshmi thanks Gayatri for forgiving her and choosing a lehenga for her, which she will wear for the Sawan celebration. Gayatri responds that she didn’t say Lakshmi could go to the celebration and hasn’t forgiven her.
Kusum and Mangla’s Discussion
Kusum asks Mangla what’s going on. Mangla explains that both mother and daughter need to win together. Kusum says it’s a competition and she doesn’t want her to lose because of her. She can’t do it and advises Mangla to practice with her.
Gayatri’s Accusation
Gayatri says that Lakshmi made her son look bad with her sister, and she hasn’t forgiven her for it. Kusum arrives at a café. Mangla asks if she came here, and Kusum says yes, she has to meet someone. Mangla tells her to go buy things for the competition.
