Jaya is with Ranvijay. He sees romance between him and Jaya. Will you forgive me if I make a mistake, he asks. Yes, she says, but please don’t deceive me again; I’ll never forgive you. I won’t ever allow anyone to stand in our way, he declares. In their photo, he sees Vaiju’s reflection. He lets go of the picture.

Argument with Nagraj:
Vaiju witnesses Nagraj inhaling. She covers him in water. He punishes her. Everyone shows up. Nagraj confuses them. Vaiju apologizes. He walks out, saying, “Mad girl.” She notices a cigarette.
Vaiju goes to the lawyer and says, “I have to file a case against Nagraj,” even though it is already morning. Have you gone crazy, the man asks? Get out.
Nagraj visits for a cup of tea. A lady has come to file a case against you, according to the lawyer. What nonsense, Nagraj wonders, who’s that girl? Vaiju arrives and declares, “You have attacked your family. I want to file a case.” What nonsense, he asks.

Vaiju asks Nagraj to say this at home. I want to tell you something, says Nagraj: occasionally, I smoke. If Vaiju knew this, Sulekha asks, why didn’t you tell us? I don’t like smoking, she says.
