Wadia says they should talk very carefully because this is the last hearing in their divorce case and the judge will also be deciding Sai’s custody. Saying he will do so, Rajat asks him to see to it that he obtains custody of Sai.
Sai gets out of the car with Harsh and Aashika. Rajat is asked by Aman why Sai was brought before the court. According to Rajat, they are publicity-hungry and will stop at nothing to win people over.
Reporters question Aashika and Harsh. Sai is like his daughter, according to Harsh, and he won’t give her custody to a careless individual. Aashika requests that Mrs. Pereira look after Sai while they attend the court appearance.

Divorce and Custody Decision
As the divorce proceedings between Rajat and Aashika come to an end, the judge inquires as to whether their son Kian and daughter Sai are living together per their filings. Aashika’s lawyer claims that because Rajat is careless, Aashika also wants custody of Sai. Rajat becomes angry. He is under Wadia’s control.
Wadia informs the judge that Aashika left Sai when she was six months old and never came back. Kian has been attending Panchgani boarding school for four years, and Aashika hasn’t had time for him. Now, Aashika unexpectedly requests custody of Sai.
Rajat remembers how Aashika left him and Sai to live a lavish lifestyle with Harsh. The court stops Sai’s custody hearing for a period of fifteen days following the flashback.
Finalization of Divorce
Aashika gladly signs the final divorce papers when the court employee asks her to. He then approaches Rajat. Rajat recollects that Aashika signed the document terminating their relationship. The court notifies them that their divorce has been granted and that their relationship has ended. Rajat informs Wadia that he will stop at nothing to get his daughter back from Aashika.
The story is covered by the reporter. Rakesh leaves the courtroom with Aashika’s hand in his. Telling Sai that she will always be by his side, Aashika exclaims. Mrs. Pereira is asked to drive Sai home by Harsh.
Aashika questions the cause. Harsh says he has something special in store for her. Sai is asked to accompany Mrs. Pereira home by eager Aashika. Aashika receives a new car from Harsh.
Sai’s Request and the Family’s Response
Sai demands to see Papa at Mrs. Pereira’s house. When Savi gets there. Saying she wants to meet Papa, Sai gives her a hug. Where is Mrs. Pereira, Savi asks. Mummy left Sai with Mrs. Pereira, according to Sai. When she sees Rajat, she rushes to him, grabs his hand, asks him to take her home, and swears not to get into any trouble. After he promises to take her home in 15 days, Rajat walks off.
Savi comforts Sai, believing Rajat to be incredibly heartless for not even hugging Sai. Once she gets home, Bhagyashree gets upset upon learning of the court proceeding and asks Wadia to do whatever it takes to return Sai’s custody to Rajat. She begs God to send someone who looks after Sai and describes how Aashika took the joy from her family.
Bhagyashree states that she is sure Sai will bring her a daughter named Yashoda Maiya who will love her unconditionally and treat her like her mother; if this is not the case, Bhagyashree says she will not pray to God in the future.
Isha and Savi’s Concern
Isha reads a post after receiving it. While bringing them coffee, Shantanu reads the letter while observing Isha’s reaction. Isha says they should have kept this letter from Saavi; it would have been preferred if it had arrived a few days earlier. When Saavi enters, she inquires as to what they are discussing.
Asking why she arrived early today, Isha conceals the letter. According to Saavi, she gets home at this hour every day. Everything they can to divert her attention. The letter falls to the ground. Isha attempts to shift it. Savi replies, “Murthy,” and takes the letter.

After reading the letter, Savi is taken aback to learn that her adoption request has been turned down. She calls the adoption center employee and confronts her. Rajat claims he is experiencing the pain of losing a loved one. It is currently traveling through D, which it will pass through.
