Milind’s Revelation

Savi Confronts Rajat
Savi confronts Rajat for supporting a sinner who played with his girlfriend’s dignity and asks if he would defend someone who would tarnish his sisters’ and daughter’s reputation. She also says he shouldn’t have refused Ashika.
Rajat says she shouldn’t have mentioned Ashika’s name. Savi says Ashika asked him to testify for her in Sai’s custody hearing, but he refused to interfere in her personal matters. She now thinks of testifying for Ashika and ensuring Sai doesn’t reach Rajat’s home.
The Court Hearing
Mr. Wadia’s Accusation
The next day, the court hearing begins. Mr. Wadia accuses Ashika of abandoning six-month-old Sai and eloping with her boyfriend, Rajat’s boss Arsh, requesting custody for Rajat.
Ashika’s Defense
Ashika’s lawyer counters that Ashika faced torture from her in-laws from day one and had to flee, worked hard, and became financially capable of caring for Sai, while Rajat is a greedy businessman with no time for his daughter. Therefore, Sai’s custody should be given to Ashika.
Judge’s Decision
The judge says neither side has justified their claim on Sai, so she will question Sai in her cabin. Ashika tells Sai to tell the judge she wants to stay with her, and they’ll go to Disneyland and have lots of fun.
Sai’s Preference
In the judge’s cabin, the judge asks Sai her name, if she’s comfortable, and who she wants to live with.

Savi’s Testimony
Savi says she’s Sai’s fairy aunt. The judge asks Savi to step forward and explain her connection to Sai. Savi, in a long emotional speech, explains that she’s emotionally attached to Sai by heart, not by blood, how they get along well, her mother’s name is also Sai, how she met Sai when she was in danger and protected her,
her life’s purpose is to protect Sai, how she would go to any lengths for Sai’s happiness, how she fought with Sai’s father many times for Sai’s sake, how they forget the world when they’re together, and ends by saying this case isn’t about custody but about Sai’s life and she just wants happiness for Sai.
Postponement of Hearing
After hearing Savi’s testimony, the judge says she is unable to make a decision and postpones the hearing to the next week, considering Savi’s testimony in the final hearing. Sai goes to Savi, and Savi lovingly cuddles her while everyone watches silently.
