According to a Times of India report, a complaint has been filed against Elvish Yadav for allegedly taking photos inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple complex. This complaint was filed by advocate Pratik Kumar Singh at the Varanasi district court.
In the complaint, the advocate claims that Elvish took photos inside the temple, raising questions about the officials’ favoritism since mobile phones and cameras are banned in the temple complex. Singh has urged the police to take action against Elvish for this alleged violation.
Previous Legal Issues
This isn’t the first time Elvish Yadav has faced legal issues. He is also under investigation in the Noida snake venom case. He got into trouble when police raided a rave party in Sector 49, Noida, and seized nine snakes, including a cobra, and a plastic bottle containing 20 milliliters of snake venom.
An FIR was filed against Elvish and five others by officials from People for Animals (PFA). Elvish faces charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). He is currently out on bail.
