We were passionately touring Italy until we got robbed. Reported to the police. But robberies are being taken so casually here that we have already lost hope along with our enthusiasm. How will I & my people ever gather courage to visit Italy again?
Addressing Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, Divyanka wrote,
“Dear Prime Minister Ms @GiorgiaMeloni we were roaming around Italy with great enthusiasm, when we were robbed. Police was informed. But the robbery is happening so casually here that we have lost hope along with enthusiasm. How will I and my people be able to muster the courage to go to Italy again?”
Calling for Italy to take Responsibility
Divyanka advised Italy to take responsibility for tourists’ safety in another tweet. As she wrote

Vivek Dahiya posted a video of his car’s broken windows and pieces of glass all over the seat on social media on July 11, 2024. She disclosed that the thief took her priceless documents, money, and shopping bags, leaving only a small bag containing food and a suitcase filled with clothing.
