Yash Arranges for a Saree
Yash calls a saree dealer because he learns from the priest that Deepika has spent all her money on an old woman, so he asks Deepika to choose a saree. Deepika hesitates, but her father forces her to buy the saree. Jhanvi tells her father not to rush into decisions because if the boy rejects Deepika, the money will be wasted.
Yash tells Jhanvi not to say a word about Deepika, but Shobha sides with Jhanvi and starts arguing with her husband. Yash raises his hand to slap Shobha, but he’s stopped. Shobha curses Deepika, saying she won’t be happy after marriage.

Chirag thinks about Deepika. Yash sees Deepika talking to a picture of her late mother and tells her father that she wants to keep the photo. Yash tells Deepika that he hasn’t done anything for her, and today Shobha was cursing her in front of him. Deepika tells Yash that she isn’t hurt by her mother’s curse.
An Old Man Thanks Chirag
An old man thanks Chirag for helping cure his wife. He gives Chirag sweets and tells him to take them to his family. Chirag gets a call from Lavanya, who asks him to come for lunch as Jhanvi, Shobha, and her grandmother are coming to talk about the wedding, and she needs his help to manage them.
Lavanya also tells Chirag that Payal isn’t there, so he’ll have to manage. Chirag thinks his mother might stop Payal, but she doesn’t. Chirag agrees to join them.
Manorama and Shobha Conspire Against Deepika
Manorama tells Shobha that Yash always troubles her daughter and asks her why she curses Deepika in front of her father. Shobha tells Manorama that Deepika is getting in Jhanvi’s way, and she doesn’t want Deepika to be happy in her married life. Manorama assures Shobha that Birju will make Deepika’s life miserable, and then she gets a call from Birju. Manorama finds out from Birju that he wants to meet Deepika before the wedding.
Manorama Tries to Deter Birju
Manorama tells Birju not to come there. Shobha tells Manorama that Birju will ruin their plan. Manorama assures Shobha that Birju won’t do anything, but Birju is determined to meet Deepika today.
Chirag’s Anger and Inner Conflict
Chirag enters his office and sees a photo frame of him with Jhanvi. He gets angry and breaks the frame, then throws it in the trash. Chirag is very angry and calls Jhanvi, but Prithvi picks up the phone. Chirag starts yelling but controls himself.
He makes an excuse to Prithvi, saying that he was trying to call him, but his call wasn’t going through. Chirag tells Prithvi that Jhanvi’s family is coming over for lunch.
Chirag’s Feelings Towards Jhanvi and Deepika
Whenever Chirag thinks of Jhanvi, he gets angry, but when he thinks of Deepika, he feels calm. Chirag sees Deepika on the street and follows her. Chirag tries to focus, but he can’t and keeps thinking about Deepika.
Jhanvi Decides to Join Shobha
Jhanvi tells Shobha that she can’t join them. Shobha gets a call from Lavanya, who informs her that they are coming, but Jhanvi doesn’t want to come. However, Jhanvi tells Shobha that she will join them.
The Women Leave to Meet Lavanya
Jhanvi, Shobha, and Manorama leave to meet Lavanya. Deepika is alone in the shop, and Birju arrives there.
