In an episode, Sana Maqbool discussed her struggles in the entertainment industry in an open conversation with contestants Ranvir Shorey and Deepak Chaurasia. Recalling her early sources of inspiration, she said,
Main 12 ya 13 bahar ki thum, main TV par logon ko dekhte thi. Main bahut baare Disney show dekhte thi ya mujhe aisa lagta hai ye log hain toh main wahan par kyun nahi paan sakti. (I used to watch people on TV when I was 12 or 13. Having grown up watching a lot of Disney shows, I reasoned that since they could exist, why couldn’t I? ).

Sana continued by discussing her early experiences in the industry.
Phir ek wish show kiya Colors ke saath aur fir jase woh show khatam hua pandemic aa gaya. Bahut bahut ghatna hui jisme meri life badli pandemic mein.
(The pandemic hit right after I finished a show called Wish with Colors. Throughout the pandemic, there were numerous events that changed my life.).
The Major Accident
When Sana related a horrific story about getting bitten by a dog, the talk became very personal.
Sana Maqbool : “I was bitten by a dog,”
Ranvir Shorey: “On your face?”
Sana Maqbool: Confirmed.
Ranvir Shorey: What kind of dog is this, is it alive?
Sana Maqbool: It was a beagle dog, so you call it lips without botox.
Ranvir Shorey: Oh, but I didn’t know that, I thought you only liked pouty lips.
Sana further said ,
So, I had an accident, a dog bit me, 121 taunts on my lips. So if you know what a cupid’s bow is, you lost skin. ( After a dog bit me, I had an accident and had to have 121 stitches put in my lips. Thus, you lost skin if you had no idea of what a his bow down is.)
Ranvir’s Apology and Sana’s Emotional Breakdown
Sorry, Ranveer said, “If I had known this, I would have never joked about it.” He also apologized for his earlier joke on her lips. While relating the accident, Sana Maqbool cried and remarked, “I still feel it is a scar in my heart.“
