Episode Beginning:
The episode begins with Lakshmi arriving at school and thinking about meeting Neelam Aunty today. Rohan asks Paro to come and says that she is already late. Someone comes and informs Lakshmi that the principal is calling her. Lakshmi says she will go.
Rohan and Paro see Krish with his parents, and his parents say they will play video games with him. Rohan and Paro decide to bring Lakshmi and Rishi together to make a happy family. Paro says she likes her dad. Rohan says he likes Lakshmi mom.
They think about uniting them. The principal tells Lakshmi that she has her check ready and that all the paperwork is complete, so she can leave today. Lakshmi says she doesn’t want to resign and was going to withdraw her resignation. The principal says that another teacher has been appointed and explains that they can’t keep this teacher in their school.
Neelam and Karishma’s Actions:
Neelam and Karishma come out and call the driver. The driver says the road is blocked due to roadwork and the car is parked on the other side. Neelam sees Lakshmi standing there. Lakshmi approaches her and asks why she did this and why she got her fired.
Neelam asks if she has time for Lakshmi. Lakshmi says she knows Neelam can do anything for Paro. Neelam says she informed the principal about Lakshmi’s arrest because Rohaan studies there and she doesn’t want him to be taught by her.
Ayush tells Rishi to think and says that Lakshmi Bhabhi will come here, asking him to think 2+2. Rishi asks what he’s saying. Ayush tells him to think.
Neelam’s Threats:
Neelam tells Lakshmi that she made a mistake by stealing Paro from her, so she will take Paro away from her. She tells her to hire a lawyer, though she will lose the case. Karishma says she won’t be able to win the case. Lakshmi is shocked.
Neelam and Karishma go to the lawyer, who says he just needs to tell the judge why Lakshmi should not get custody of Paro. Lakshmi meets a lawyer who says they have already won the case. Lakshmi explains that Paro is young and dependent on her for everything.
Neelam tells her lawyer that he will make no mistakes and says it is a battle already won that he will win in court. Lakshmi’s lawyer, Pratibha, says that Neelam Oberoi has trapped you in every way.
Lakshmi Seeks Advice:
Neelam says she will get her granddaughter’s rights tomorrow and will get her. Lakshmi asks Pratibha if there is any way to break this trap. Pratibha tells her to find out about the Oberoi family’s past that could shake their stability. She says it sounds like a joke, but you cannot give her financial and emotional security as they can; they can give her the love of all relationships.
Emotional Security Discussion:
Rano asks Lakshmi what she means by emotional security. Lakshmi says they can give her all the love that we cannot. Lakshmi says she mentioned that Paro has a dad, grandma, uncle, aunt, etc., and here… Rano says you, Shalu, and I.
Lakshmi says she is not just her mother but everything to her. She says Paro can’t live without her; she is the heartbeat of her life. Rano tells her not to cry and says this is not the time to cry, and says that until we accept it, we won’t give up, and asks if she has accepted defeat.
Lakshmi says no. Rano tells her to make her heart as strong as marble and go save her Paro. Rishi wonders what to do, wanting to talk to her.
Lakshmi and Rishi’s Call:
Lakshmi sees his call and doesn’t answer it. She says she won’t pick up his call, as she has decided. Rishi says don’t do this; you are misunderstanding me. She says she considered him her life partner, companion, and guide, and he left her, even though he promised they would always be together.
He distanced himself from her, and though he promised to take care of her, he didn’t. Rishi says we should forget the past; if we hold on to the past, how will we think about the future? He says he is with her. Lakshmi says she doesn’t believe his words, tells him not to call and try to talk.
He thinks he needs one chance, and he will explain everything if she picks up the call once. She doesn’t answer the call. Rishi thinks that Lakshmi wants to fight the case.
Precap:
Neelam says Lakshmi will have bad luck because she will lose everything tomorrow. Paro asks why her mom was crying. Rano says it is because of your big mom. Rishi tells Neelam that he is with her to bring Paro home. The grandmother is shocked to hear this. Pratibha tells Lakshmi to pray to God.
