Neelam’s Boast and Plans
The episode starts with Neelam boasting about herself, saying she won’t say anything until she’s sure. She tells Malishka that tomorrow will be a permanent end for her, and tells Aanchal that she will teach Rano a lesson because Lakshmi will become childless.
She explains that Lakshmi will become a barren Lakshmi and her fortune will be over. Malishka smiles. Neelam leaves. Karishma asks Aanchal if she saw her aggression and anger. Aanchal says it’s the first time she’s seeing it. Karishma says Lakshmi shouldn’t have challenged Neelam Bhabhi.
Aanchal says Rano shouldn’t have said such things to her. Malishka says Lakshmi tried to get Rishi, and now she will get peace. She says Neelam Mom promised to get rid of Lakshmi.
Rishi’s Support for Neelam
Rishi comes to Neelam and tells her that he wasn’t with her before, but now he is with her to bring Paro home. He says he can’t support her in court but is with her. The grandmother overhears and is shocked. Neelam says that’s enough, she just needs to bring Paro and says she’s glad he’s with her.
The grandmother wonders how Rishi will change sides. Neelam asks Rishi to come with her to court tomorrow. Rishi agrees and hopes Lakshmi will come home.
Lakshmi and Paro’s Farewell
Lakshmi feeds Paro and tells her to finish her entire tiffin. Paro says they used to eat together. Lakshmi says she won’t be coming to school today. Rano tells Lakshmi to get ready for court. Lakshmi says the family will meet there.
Paro goes and then returns to hug Lakshmi. Tears come to Lakshmi’s eyes and she leaves. Paro asks why Mom is crying. Rano says it’s because of Rohan’s big mom. Paro says she is also her big mom. She leaves. Lakshmi tells Rano she shouldn’t have told Paro.
Rano says she should have told them instead. She says she’s being humiliated, but they are the ones who are bad.
Arrival at Court
Lakshmi and Rano arrive at court. Pratibha asks if they have found anything against Oberoi. Lakshmi says no and asks if she can tell how she raised Paro. Pratibha says this is court, it will give a fair decision, and tells her to pray to God for a favorable outcome.
Rano tells her not to lose strength. The grandmother and Ayush arrive. Lakshmi takes the grandmother’s blessings. The grandmother says she is with her. Rishi arrives, pretending to be on a call, and says if he doesn’t want to talk, he won’t.
Neelam, Karishma, and others arrive. Neelam asks Lakshmi if she wants her to wish her luck and says she wants the best for her because she is her granddaughter’s mother.
Pradeep’s Late Arrival
Rishi tries to talk to Lakshmi, but she ignores him. Neelam sits and asks where Pradeep is. The lawyer Pradeep arrives and says he will submit the papers. Aanchal says Auntie Ji is sitting with Lakshmi. Neelam says it doesn’t matter because she lives with them.
Pradeep comes back. Neelam asks the lawyer why he is late. Pradeep explains that he met the judge, who is his mother’s friend and will listen to their side.
Court Proceedings
Rohan and Paro talk about Lakshmi and Rishi, saying they will stay together if they are together. The court case starts. Pradeep says it’s Neelam’s granddaughter’s case. Pratibha says she is Lakshmi’s daughter. Pradeep says just giving birth doesn’t make her a mother.
Lakshmi defends herself, saying they can’t say wrong things about a mother. The lawyers argue. Rano supports Lakshmi. Pradeep calls Lakshmi to the trial room and asks if Paro is her daughter. Lakshmi says yes, she is her daughter. Pradeep asks if she is her mother. Lakshmi says yes, she is her mother. He asks if Rishi Oberoi is her father. Lakshmi says yes. Pradeep asks the judge to note this and says Paro was born in the village after leaving home.
Lakshmi says it sounds like she ran away. He says yes and that she deceived the Oberoi family and left home. Lakshmi asks what she did. Pradeep says she hid a big thing from them and left home. Pratibha asks how he is talking to his client. The judge tells Pradeep to watch his words before saying anything. Pratibha calls Rishi to the witness stand and asks why Lakshmi left home if they had a fight.
Rishi says yes and that every husband and wife have fights. Pratibha asks if it was a normal fight. Rishi says no. Pradeep objects. Pratibha says she won’t go into details and asks Rishi if he would have done the same thing as Lakshmi if he were in her place. Rishi says he would have done the same as Lakshmi.
