In a recent interview, Akash described the incident. He explained that while feeding stray animals in Chandigarh, a stray dog bit his hand.
“I love dogs, and I was feeding them on the set when a dog got scared and bit my hand. It started to bleed, but I received immediate medical help and went to the hospital,”
he said. Since the incident, Akash has received two rabies shots and a tetanus shot, with two more shots still needed.
Taking Responsibility
Reflecting on the incident, Akash took full responsibility, saying, “The dog was innocent; it was my mistake not to be careful while feeding it.” He understood that the dog acted out of fear, not aggression.

When asked if this incident would make him stay away from dogs in the future, Akash firmly replied, “I will never be afraid of dogs. I have an attachment to them. I enjoy their company.” Despite the injury, his love for dogs remains unchanged, and he is determined to keep interacting with them.
