Dr. Neeta Parekh explains that Anushka was in very bad shape when she arrived, and they filed a police report, but the police couldn’t find Anushka’s family without an ID. Dr. Neeta Parekh warns Janhvi to be careful with Anushka because she has had two heart attacks while in a coma. Janhvi asks Dr. Neeta Parekh if there is no treatment for Anushka’s weak heart. Dr. Neeta Parekh makes an excuse to send Janhvi away.
Pushkar Praises Geeta
Pushkar praises Geeta for acting as Dr. Neeta Parekh. Pushkar gives Geeta money and sends her off. Pushkar calls Anushka and tells her that Janhvi’s doubts are cleared and that Janhvi now believes Anushka has a weak heart. Anushka thinks she can take advantage of this.
Preparation for Muh Dikhai Ceremony
Brij Bhushan and Premchand talk to the guests who have come for the Muh Dikhai ceremony. Brij Bhushan tells Ujjwala and Abhay to go and bring Janhvi for the ceremony. Ujjwala and Abhay agree and leave. Anushka watches all this from a distance.

Anushka comes out covering her face with her sari’s pallu. Premchand and everyone think it is Janhvi and sit her down for the Muh Dikhai ceremony. Anushka pretends to serve tea and gives a note to a guest.
Revelation of Anushka’s Identity
Brij Bhushan sees Janhvi coming into the house and realizes that Anushka is sitting for the Muh Dikhai ceremony. Brij Bhushan tells Suhasini to take Janhvi aside. Suhasini takes Janhvi aside and scolds her and Anushka for always ruining the Bundela family’s reputation. Suhasini tells Janhvi that Anushka is sitting in her place for the Muh Dikhai ceremony.
Ujjwala’s Realization
Ujjwala notices Brij Bhushan’s message and understands that it is Anushka in the veil, not Janhvi. Ujjwala tells the guests that once they give their gifts, the new bride will place them in front of God and then they will do the Muh Dikhai ceremony.
Anushka Reveals the Truth
When Anushka comes to place the gifts in front of God, Ujjwala and Suhasini decide to switch Anushka with Janhvi, but Anushka doesn’t want this. She drops her pallu and reveals to everyone that it is Anushka in the veil, not Janhvi. The guests are shocked.
