Vedika and Sagar in the Water
Vedika and Sagar stand in the water as all the children come dancing, saying it’s a special rain. Sagar responds that it is indeed special because it rains when Vedika smiles. The vendor starts playing music, and the students begin dancing. They ask Sagar to dance, but he says he doesn’t know how. Vedika teases him, making all the students laugh at him.
Sagar and Vedika start dancing when Sagar says he and Jahnvi will always dance to this song. Vedika replies that Jahnvi must be a better dancer. He tells her to dance with him now. Sagar pushes Vedika, making her angry, so he apologizes. The students start dancing again and tease him. Sagar falls, and Vedika catches him, bringing them close as he brushes her hair from her face.
Sagar returns as the water runs out, and they realize they’re surrounded by everyone. Vedika apologizes to Sagar, but he asks why. Seeing this, Padma gets very angry. The students ask why the rain stopped, and someone says the water ran out. Sagar mentions his sister left when she got scared. Vedika replies she can’t leave and go to someone who might not be suitable for her.
Lali and Rageshwari
Lali tells Rageshwari she now has two hundred followers and will soon have millions. She asks her mom to watch at least one reel, but Rageshwari tells her to be quiet and takes her medicine, saying there’s no one like Lali. Rageshwari then says she’s amazing and tells Lali to leave. Degvijay says he could end her in a minute, making Lali run away.
Rageshwari asks if Degvijay heard what Sagar said about Vedika becoming the daughter-in-law of this house. Degvijay says he said it without reason, but Rageshwari insists she’s seen Sagar with that girl many times. Rageshwari recalls how Saraswati troubled her years ago, and now Vedika has come.
Rageshwari says they used to think about ruining Saraswati’s life, but now they think about saving the house from Vedika.
Vedika Enters the House
Vedika enters the house, and Kishori Lal asks why she’s wet if it wasn’t raining. Vedika says she’ll be back after changing her clothes and looks at herself in the mirror, fixing her hair and remembering how Sagar did the same. Kishori asks Padma why Vedika is wet if it wasn’t raining.
Vedika asks her mom why she hasn’t put the medicines in the box and assures her she’ll do the rest. Vedika sees a handcuff mark on her father’s hand and starts cleaning it. Sagar’s call comes, but she rejects it. Kishori Lal asks why.
Vedika replies she remembers how he and her mom met for the first time, saying he was praying for his grandfather’s health at the temple, and her mom was there too. Padma liked that. Kishori Lal asks why she’s talking about old things, and Vedika replies because she met someone kind-hearted and good.
Padma asks who the boy is, and Vedika says she likes and loves Sagar Maheshwari. Padma remembers how Saraswati said her daughter’s marriage was fixed with Sagar in childhood, but they separated them. However, fate is bringing them together. Vedika says Sagar has always been there for her these past months.
Sagar is not like his father and grandmother, and even though his family caused many problems, he’s truly the best. Vedika goes to her father and says she knows his family has done a lot to ruin them, but Sagar is different. Vedika’s aunt Saraswati also doesn’t believe in her while considering her a daughter.
Sufedra and Saraswati
Sufedra tries to feed Saraswati, but she replies that not trusting her was a big mistake. When Vedika and Koyal seem like Janhvi and Yamini to her, Sufedra says they mocked her mom and admits Koyal stole the necklace, not Vedika.
Saraswati says Vedika is helping her get back on her feet and gave her the courage to reopen Gautam’s case, but she didn’t trust her. Sufedra insists that Saraswati should eat something if she wants to be strong for the battle she’s fighting. Kamal prays for Saraswati to be like before.
Vedika’s Struggle with Emotions
Vedika says nothing could be better. She asks why they aren’t saying anything and thought they’d understand that Vedika’s love can’t be for Sagar sir. Kishori Lal keeps staring at her, and with so much hate around, love can’t thrive.
Vedika leaves crying. Padma is shocked when Kishori Lal comes and asks how long she’ll hide the truth from Vedika. He mentions policy because Sagar and Jahnvi are facing each other. He says a mother can’t be selfish and that parents should think of a better future for their children. Vedika thought about them even when she loved Sagar, so she feels guilty.
Vedika Observes Sagar
Vedika lies on the bed crying and hears the students laughing. She gets up, opens the window, and sees Sagar playing with the kids in the water, laughing, making Vedika smile. Sagar continues dancing with the kids. Padma sees Vedika staring at Sagar.
