Lakshmi Arrives at School
The episode starts with Lakshmi arriving at school, thinking about meeting Neelam Aunty today. Rohan tells Paro to come quickly, saying she is already late. Someone informs Lakshmi that the principal is calling her. Lakshmi says she will go.
Rohan and Paro’s Plan
Rohan and Paro see Krish with his parents, who say they will play video games with him. Rohan and Paro decide to unite Lakshmi and Rishi for a happy family. Paro says she likes Papa. Rohan says he likes Lakshmi Ma. They think about bringing them together.
Lakshmi’s Resignation Issue
The principal tells Lakshmi that her check is ready and that all paperwork is complete, so she can leave today. Lakshmi says she didn’t want to resign and was going to withdraw her resignation. The principal says she has hired another teacher and they can’t keep a teacher like her in their school.
Neelam’s Encounter with Lakshmi
Neelam and Karishma come out and call the driver. The driver says the road is blocked and the car is parked on the other side. Neelam sees Lakshmi standing. Lakshmi approaches her and asks why she got her fired. Neelam asks if she has time for her. Lakshmi says she knows Neelam can do anything for Paro. Neelam says she informed the principal about her arrest because Rohan studies there and she didn’t want her to teach there.
Ayush’s Advice to Rishi
Ayush tells Rishi to think and says Lakshmi Bhabhi will come here and asks him to think about 2+2. Rishi asks what he means. Ayush tells him to think.
Neelam’s Threat
Neelam tells Lakshmi that she made a mistake by stealing Paro from her, so she will take Paro from her. She tells her to get a lawyer, though she will lose the case. Karishma says she won’t win the case. Lakshmi is shocked. Neelam and Karishma meet the lawyer, who says he just needs to tell the judge why Lakshmi shouldn’t get Paro’s custody.
Lakshmi’s Lawyer’s Assurance
Lakshmi meets a lawyer who says they have already won the case. Lakshmi says Paro is young and depends on her for everything. Neelam tells her lawyer not to make any mistakes and says it’s a won battle in court. Lakshmi’s lawyer Pratibha says Neelam Oberoi has trapped her in every way.
Neelam’s Confidence
Neelam says she will get her granddaughter tomorrow. Lakshmi tells Pratibha there must be a way to break the trap. Pratibha suggests finding something from the Oberoi’s past that could shake their stability. She says it sounds like a joke, but they can’t offer her financial and emotional security like the Oberois can.
Rano’s Support
Rano asks Lakshmi what she means by emotional security. Lakshmi says they can give her all the love that we can’t. Lakshmi says Paro has a father, grandmother, uncle, aunt, etc., and here it’s just you, Shalu, and me. Lakshmi says she is not just Paro’s mother but everything to her.
She says Paro can’t live without her as she is her heartbeat. Rano tells her not to cry and says it’s not time to cry. She asks if Lakshmi has accepted defeat. Lakshmi says no. Rano tells her to make her heart strong and go save Paro.
Rishi’s Call
Rishi wonders what to do as he wants to talk to her. Lakshmi sees his call but doesn’t answer. She says she won’t pick up as she has decided. Rishi says don’t do this, you are misunderstanding me. She says she thought of him as her life partner, companion, and charioteer, but he left her even though he promised they would always be together.
He promised to take care of her but didn’t. Rishi says they should forget the past to think about the future. He says he is with her. Lakshmi says she doesn’t believe his words and not to call or try to talk. He thinks to give him a chance and answer once, so he can explain. She doesn’t pick up. Rishi thinks Lakshmi wants to fight the case.
