Sudesh’s Health Crisis
Sudesh instantly passes out. Sudesh worries to Kusum. Mangal goes outside to look for a car. Mangal is unable to locate a cab or taxi. Mangal chooses to ride a four-wheeler with Sudesh.
Sudesh is forced to sit on and push the four-wheeler by Mangal and Kusum. When Mangal and Kusum attempt to stop a car, all of the cars stop for them. All of a sudden, it is raining.
Mangal covers Sudesh with a plastic sheet. Mangal is asked where Adit is by Kusum. Mangal asks Kusum to try from her phone as Adit is not returning her calls. When Kusum calls Adit, he doesn’t answer.
Soumya and Adit’s Argument
Adit walks into Soumya’s home. Adit has been thrown out of the house by Soumya, who threatens to cut her wrist. Adit asks Soumya to stay away from acting in such a manner.
Support and Comfort
Lakshmi visits Ishana and Akshat. Lakshmi is let in by Ishana and Akshat. After bringing them to the room, Lakshmi calms them.
Hospital Drama
Sudesh is admitted to the hospital by Mangal and Kusum. After checking Sudesh, the physician notifies Mangal that Sudesh is having a heart attack and transports Sudesh to the intensive care unit.
Adit’s Absence
Adit is informed by Soumya that she lost to Mangal, and she offers her thoughts. Adit is informed by Soumya that she has had enough of being constantly compared to Mangal.
Adit grabs a knife and throws it. Talking to Soumya is Adit. Adit is informed by Soumya that she attempted suicide but lacked the courage to carry it out.
When Adit doesn’t even answer the phone and isn’t there for them when they need him the most, Kusum asks Mangal where he is. Kusum uses Mangal’s phone to call Adit.
Soumya In Action
Adit is informed by Soumya about Mangal’s split with her, and she provides her thoughts. Adit is told by Soumya not to consider Mangal to be a fool, and she comments on this. Adit also talks about Mangal’s forced sorry to Kusum.
Soumya observes that Mangal’s phone is ringing. Adit attempts to answer the phone. Soumya makes remarks about Adit and makes a threat to cut her wrist should he answer the phone. Adit fires his phone at this. Mangal is informed by Kusum that Adit has turned off her phone.
Ultimatum
The doctor informs Mangal and Kusum that a stent must be put into Mangal’s heart and demands that they sign a consent form and provide one lakh rupees. Kusum is calmed down by Mangal, who promises to bring the cash from home. Mangal believes Adit has to be present.
In their conversation, Soumya tells Adit that he must decide between her and Mangal.

On July 6, 2024, in Mangal Laxmi, Sudesh passes out, and Mangal fights through the rain to get him to the hospital. Adit must deal with Soumya’s anger at her home in the meantime. At home, Lakshmi supports Ishana and Akshat.
Everyone is concerned about Adit’s absence after Sudesh receives a heart attack diagnosis. Tensions rise as Soumya forces Adit to choose between herself and Mangal.
